UPTET Exam Latest Updates 2021

UPTET 2021 Notification PDF has been postponed and confirmed on the official website of UPTET 2021.  As per the newest notification, the UP TET 2021 exam has been delayed thanks to the outbreak of COVID 19.

The CM of Uttar Pradesh has made an enormous announcement, consistent with which the validity of the UPTET certificate is now for all times. there's big news for the aspirants of UPTET. 

The online form link for UPTET 2021 exam is going to be activated soon after the discharge of the notification. The board will release the UPTET Exam Date 2021 alongside the notification PDF. The UPTET exam consists of Paper 1 and Paper 2. Paper 1 is conducted for the recruitment of primary level teachers for classes 1 to five while Paper 2 is conducted for upper primary level for classes 6 to eight.

An Uttar Pradesh state-level teacher eligibility test was conducted for the recruitment of:

• Primary school teachers, and
• Upper primary level teacher

UP TET Exam Notification 2021

• Earlier, UPTET 2019 notification was released by Uttar Pradesh Basic Education Board on 31 October 2019 at http://updeled.gov.in/ website.

• Candidates who qualify for the UPTET exam are going to be awarded the UPTET eligibility certificate which remains valid for the lifetime.

• As per the newest announcement, the teachers who are within the training period can now appear within the TET exam.

UPTET Exam Date 2021 [Postponed]

UPTET Form 2021

• Uttar Pradesh Basic Education Board will soon activate the web application link for UPTET 2021 exam.

• This year the appliance fee is Rs 600 for the overall category and OBC candidates while Rs 500 for SC/ ST candidates.

• To pay the appliance fee, one must check the HDFC payment gateway link (available on the official site) for online form submission.

• We will provide the direct link to fill the UPTET 2021 form as soon because it is going to be activated on the official website.

• The last date to use online for UPTET 2021 exam is going to be changed through notification.

How to Apply Online for UPTET 2021 Exam?

• Visit the official site of UPBEB http://updeled.gov.in.

• Check UPTET 2020 Exam Notification and click on on “Apply”

• Before proceeding, read the instructions and eligibility.

• Enter your valid details to register within the form.

• Verify your details and click on "Submit".

• After registration candidates are required to upload their scanned photo and signature.

• Then, pay the appliance fee online or offline mode. 

• The last step is to print the UP TET online form for future references.

UP TET 2021 Application Fee

• Last year, some minor changes were made to the appliance fee for UPTET Exam 2021. Candidates applying for the UPTET exam will now need to pay ₹100 extra as a fee.

• OBC and general category candidates will need to pay Rs 600 while SC and ST category candidates will need to pay only Rs 500.

UPTET Eligibility Criteria 2021

1. Age Limit

Your minimum age should be 18 years to use for UPTET 2021. there's no upper regulation for UPTET 2021.

2. Educational Qualification

Primary Teacher (Class 1-5th)

• Senior Secondary (or its equivalent) with minimum 50% marks and passed or appearing within the final year of 2-year Diploma in education OR

• Senior Secondary with minimum 50% marks and passed or appearing within the final year of 4-year Bachelor of education (B.El.Ed) OR

• Senior Secondary with minimum 50% marks and passed or appearing within the final year of Diploma in Education (Special Education)* OR 2nd year

• Graduation and passed or appearing within the final year of 2-year Diploma in education OR

• Candidates appearing and passed within the final year of Graduation + B.Ed can apply

Upper Primary Teacher (Class 6th-8th)

• Graduation and passed or appearing within the final year of 2-year Diploma in education OR

• Graduation with minimum 50% marks and Bachelor of Education (B.Ed) passed or appearing in 1st year OR

• Graduation with a minimum of 45% marks as per NCTE and 1 year passed or appearing in Bachelor of Education (B.Ed) OR

• Senior Secondary with minimum 50% marks and passed or appearing within the final year of 4 years B.El.Ed OR

• Senior Secondary with minimum 50% marks and passed or appearing within the final year of 4 years B.A/B.Sc.Ed or B.A.Ed/B.Sc.Ed OR

• Graduation with a minimum of 50% marks and 1 year passed or appearing in B.Ed

Important Notice: TET is mandatory to become a senior secondary teacher within the state of UP.

Selection Process 2021

Those who score 60% for the overall category and 55% for the reserved category are going to be considered eligible for UPTET 2021. The UPTET qualifying marks are given below:

In the UPTET 2021 exam, general candidates got to score 90 out of 150 marks, while reserved category candidates need to score 82 out of 150 marks.
