UPSSSC has released the UPSSSC PET notification and applies online on its official website @ upsssc.gov.in on 24th May 2021. This Preliminary (Pre Exam ) Exam will replace the primary selection process for the upcoming UPSSSC Recruitments. Statistical Officer (S.O.), UP Lekhpal, UP Village Development Officer (V.D.O.), etc.

Candidates who have passed 10th and looking for job opportunities are compulsorily required to appear for PET and only eligible candidates can apply for UPSSSC Mains Exam for Group B & C Posts. UPSSSC PET online form can be filled till 21st June 2021.

UPSSSC PET Notification 2021

UPSSSC PET 2021 notification has been released by UPSSSC on its official website ( upsssc.gov.in ) on 24 May 2021. Candidates who will qualify for PET 2021 will be shortlisted to apply for the Mains exam for various Group C vacancies. Candidates who have passed the 10th class and looking for Group C Recruitment can join UPSSC pet online course.

UPSSSC PET Eligibility Criteria

Educational Qualification

Candidate must have passed High School (10th) or Intermediate (12th) from a recognized school to appear in the Preliminary Eligibility Test.

Age Limit (as of 01/07/2021)

Minimum Age: 18 Years

Maximum Age: 40 Years

UPSSSC PET Exam Process 2021

UPSSSC will conduct the Preliminary Eligibility Test exam for all the posts of Group B or C under their circle.

UPSSSC will release PET result on the basis of percentile

The validity of the PET score ( scored by the candidate) will be of 1 year from the date of result published on the official website.

Candidates will be called for Main Examination of various posts on the basis of their PET score,

The PET score will be valid for the advertisement of the recruitment test which will be notified in the future.

Thereafter applications are invited by UPSSSC for groups like 10th, 12th/Intermediate, Undergraduate, Professional courses as well as technical courses.

UPSSSC PET Exam Pattern 2021

UPSSSC PET Exam 2021 will be held in offline mode.

There will be 100 questions of 100 marks and the level of questions will be of High School / Intermediate level.

There will be a negative marking (- ve) of 0.25 marks for each wrong answer.

The exam will be of 02 hours duration, i.e. 120 minutes.
