Important Instructions:

Applications must be submitted in online mode only at the registration portal i.e. https://upprpbsie20.onlineapplicationform.org/UPPRPBR/

Only one Common Online application is required to be submitted by an applicant for the post of SI Civil / PAC / FSSO. In case, quite one application of an applicant is detected at any stage, all the applications could also be rejected by the Department and his/her candidature for the examination could also be canceled.

Applications submitted through the other source won't be accepted. No correspondence is going to be entertained during this regard and no Admit Card is going to be issued to any such Applicant albeit he/she pays the prescribed fee by any mode.

Applicants are advised to read the notification, instructions to applicants, vacancy position carefully before filling up the appliance form.

Applicants are advised in their own interest to submit online applications and pay the prescribed fee much before the deadline and to not wait till the last date to avoid the likelihood of disconnection/ inability or failure to login to the web Registration Portal on account of heavy load on the portal during the closing days.

The Department doesn't accept any responsibility for the Applicants not having the ability to submit their applications within the last date on account of the aforesaid reasons or for the other reason beyond their control.

Before final submission of the web application, Applicants must make sure they need to be filled in the correct details in each field of the shape. After submission of the web form, no change/correction/modification is going to be allowed under any circumstances. Requests received during this regard in any form like Post, Fax, Email, by hand, etc shall not be considered.

The Applicant has got to furnish a declaration to the effect that each one statement/inputs furnished by him/her are true, complete, and proper to the simplest of his/her knowledge and that they are going to be supported by the first documents/testimonials as and when required/demanded. Any false, misinformation found/detected at any stage, his/her candidature/appointment are going to be summarily rejected /terminated. it's mandatory for the applicant to Tick the Check Box on the DECLARATION part at the time of online registration of the appliance form and before uploading the appliance.
